This should not be call Farmer's Market. More appropriately, Vendor Place.
How disappointing. 90% other stuff, 10% produce. Roughly 40% of the sellers are certified.
Case in point, asked one Vendor about product, business cards, Instagram had nothing. Didn't know where product was made. Let's just say, while not saying it's true with this vendor. There have been sellers know to buy less expensive liquids and rebottle and private label. Buyer beware.
I do understand businesses need to expand to reach new customers, but selling candy, cupcakes, and cookies isn't a Farmer's market.
The new location was adequate with good parking 50 yards away.
While I am an animal lover. Rules exist for a reason. Why would the venue mention health concerns, with no dogs allowed only allow dogs.?
People ate getting away with anything and stores, etc are scared to hurt customer's feelings.
Listen, take your dog to a park
Still the best Farmers Market in Visalia , with large amount of quality stands. Don't miss out on the Jamaican food truck, Wesley's Wheatless baked goods or Sierra Honey Farms honey in general 🥰 …
Always a great place to spend your Saturday morning. The parking is freakin AWFUL though I don't know what's up with the spaces but it's like the cars do not fit lol no matter how good you park between the lines they're so close you can't even open your doors I legit had to grab my kid out of the back hatch of my car because I had no space to open the door enough to undo her car seat
Absolutely wonderful farmer’s market! The vendors are down to earth and very helpful. The prices are not cheap, but San Joaquin produce is worth the premium price. We found Santa Rosa plums, nectarines, peaches, olives, almonds, beef, poultry, cheese. tomatoes, green vegetables, corn, and more.
It was both a safe and relaxing experience. Highly recommended.
Medium size market. Good variety for the time of year. Stop by the Lindcove Ranch stand and get their wonderful fresh citrus and pomegranate juices. Yum!
Good selection of goods. Due to construction next door it is a little hard to park. That will get better. Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. The cinnamon rolls are the bomb. Make sure you try those. Other food trucks on site also.
Great local Farmer’s Market, good selection of handmade items and locally grown products. They also bring out the food trucks from restaurants nearby if you get hungry.
I have now been to the Farmers Market three weeks in a row and the produce there has been amazing. There is so much to choose from and everything is very helpful. I will continue to go every Saturday and obtain the produce I need for the week!!
